The Grants Committee of the Doctoral Students’ Council is seeking students’ input about DSC grant-funded events and activities at the Graduate Center, as well as information for an open-source database on the DSC website that lists grants, fellowships, scholarships, and other sources of funding. To that end, the Committee would like to poll GC students and hear from as many students as possible. We will use this information to better advocate for students, assess student needs, and align our services with student desires.

The DSC Grants Committee awards funds for cultural events, conferences, performances, professional development activities, publications, seminars, and other projects organized by and for students. The upcoming deadlines to apply for a DSC grant are October 20, November 17, January 19, 2018, and March 16, 2018.
